Like physical First Aid, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) gives you the confidence to provide support until professional help arrives. At God's Light Ministries, we believe that emotional well-being is fundamental to a thriving community. Our training teaches a 5-step action plan to help someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
